Teddy Park, Mitchell Parks and Gardens was established in memory of the legendary Mayor of Jerusalem and founder of the Jerusalem Foundation Teddy Kollek. The main attraction in the park is, of course, the water fountain, which is a fairly large square with geysers of water randomly spurting out at all kinds of speed. Opened in 2013, this beautiful little park was long in the works, but seems to be worth the wait!
